I hope you all have a wonderful Sunday! I know I will since I started with the most delicious french toast I have ever made! Well, I’m calling it Greek-French Toast since it’s topped with my new BFF Greek Yogurt :-). I devoured my breakfast (Paul knows I’m very good at that lol!) and now I wish I had taken the time to savour each bite. The creamy texture was out of this world! I hope you guys get to make it one day to know what I’m talking about.
So here is today’s breakfast:
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 egg beaten with a splash of milk
4 oz of Greek yogurt sweetened with a packet of stevia (natural sugar)
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
a drizzle of sugar free syrup
I don’t think I need to post the instructions since everyone knows how to make french toast right? 😉
