It’s so hot today that I really don’t feel like going out at all! I’m still going to make it to the gym though to do my shoulders and biceps workout.
Here is what I have on the menu for today:
Dumbbell (DB) Shoulder Presses 35lbs x 8 x 3
DB Lateral Raises 10lbs x10 x 3
Smith Machine Presses 80lbs x 8 x 3
DB Standing Curls 35lbs x 6 x 3
Barbell Curls 55lbs x 10 x 1, 60 x 8 x 1, 65 x 6 x 1
Cable Curls 30 lbs x 10 x 3
Don’t forget ladies to lift heavy! That’s the only way to grow those muscles and be strong!
