Not Much

Not much to say today but I still wanted to blog about something lol! I have a busy day on my agenda so I need to get going.

I have no idea what I’ll be eating today but I’m sure I’ll come up with something fast and creative. Yesterday’s lunch was a ham wrap. Delicious! This is a very convenient lunch to take to work. I found these wraps that are low carb/low fat/high fiber and have 13 grams of protein! Wow! As you can tell, I’m always looking for food high in protein:-)

Ham Wrap

In the wrap:
3 oz low sodium ham
half of avocado
half roma tomato
alfalfa sprouts
salt & peppa

Macros: 320 calories, 14g of fat, 25g of carbs, 14g of fiber, 30g of protein.

Today is my day off from the gym but here is yesterday’s workout:

Deadlifts: 180lbs x 8 x 1, 195 x 6 x 1, 210 x 4 x1
Single leg extensions: 50lbsx10x1, 60x8x1, 70x6x1
Seated leg curls: 80x10x3
Seated calf raise: 90x15x4

Pullover/Presses: 30lbsx8x3
Hammer tri pressdown: 110lbsx10x3
Decline dumbbell extensions: 15lbsx8x3
