Is everybody ready for the new year? I sure am! I can’t wait for next year as it’ll be a GREAT one! I know, I can feel it. Lots of changes coming my way in 2011 but I can’t talk about all of them. One of the biggest one will be me doing my first figure show in July of course.
My progress in the gym during this week has been amazing! I’m actually up 10 lbs since I started my bulk and I can tell I’ve added lots of lean muscle! Well, I have some fat too but I know I will diet that off in the spring so I’m not worried about that. I think I’ll be doing a little challenge to have other women lose those last 5 to 10 lbs off. Are you up for it? At this point I’m not sure if I should still adding weight or maintain it until it’s time for the contest prep diet. I’ll keep you posted on what I decide to do.

All I know right now is that I’m sick and tired of eating sweets and all of these wonderful holiday food! My body is CRAVING salads and light foods. How about you? How are you doing with your eating habits these days? Unfortunately I have to add some calorie dense foods since I have to consume HUGE calories a day (2600 to be exact) just to maintain my weight… otherwise I start losing! And I don’t even do cardio… can you imagine if I did?
