Well, since I can’t share what I eat (or create yummy recipes) at the moment due to me working with my diet coach, I figure at least I’ll share what I eat for my post workout meal. Basically, the post workout meal should be protein, low fat & plenty of carbs. My workout yesterday was chest & back and for my post workout I had a scoop of French Vanilla protein powder (blended in water) a Banana Nut Vita Top & a Deep Chocolate VitaMuffin!!
Can you say O.M.G! These things are freaking delicious! And they fit my coach’s requirements perfectly!
Vita Tops – I found them in the healthy freezer section at Fry’s. I think I’m having the same thing tonight as they are to die for!
