Okay, I don’t mean to offend anybody with the post title but the video you’re about to see is a must see. A few of you have seen it but most of you have not.
It’s not a secret anymore that most people underestimate how much they’re eating and in the process end up getting fat! I’m an advocate of counting calories when you have a goal in mind whether is to lose or to gain weight. It’s easier not to count calories when you want to maintain your current weight but even then, I count calories here and there just as a reality check of how much I’m eating.
I have a few friends that constantly tell me that they can’t lose the last few pounds but they still refuse to count calories. I bet that if they kept track of what they ate, they would be able to lose them. I’m not naming names but you know who you are
