This is why you can’t lose the fat!

Okay, I don’t mean to offend anybody with the post title but the video you’re about to see is a must see. A few of you have seen it but most of you have not.

It’s not a secret anymore that most people underestimate how much they’re eating and in the process end up getting fat! I’m an advocate of counting calories when you have a goal in mind whether is to lose or to gain weight. It’s easier not to count calories when you want to maintain your current weight but even then, I count calories here and there just as a reality check of how much I’m eating.

I have a few friends that constantly tell me that they can’t lose the last few pounds but they still refuse to count calories. I bet that if they kept track of what they ate, they would be able to lose them. I’m not naming names but you know who you are

Got 3 minutes? Ready, set go!

Ana C. - Hi Amanda! Yeap! I saw it a while ago and that’s when I bought my digital scale but it reminded me that I wanted to post that for my non-competitors friends that just want to lose fat.

I’m doing the diet coaching only. I’m doing two back to back shows in July so he’ll be doing those prep weeks too. Can’t wait!ReplyCancel

PAB - While this is true, I feel people who measure the way they show are goofy to begin with. Ya gotta know if you’re going over the edge or rounding over the peanut butter it’s going to be more! C’mon people!!ReplyCancel

PAB - What’s a “seving”? Maybe that’s the word for over measuring? LOLReplyCancel

Bikini Wannabe! - This is such a good one. Erik sent it to me when I worked with him. I love it. It really made things CLICK for me!ReplyCancel

Ana C. - Well PAB, I’m not sure people know how to measure really (if they do!)… just go to the mall and look around at the majority of the people. Most of them are overweight even though they have tried all the diets in the world!

Hi BikiniW! So you’re no longer working with Erik? It definitely clicked with me too!ReplyCancel
