Healthy Strawberry Trifle

I think I’m adapting very well to my contest prep diet and days like this make me feel like I’m not even watching what I eat. I made this Strawberry Trifle today for my post workout meal and let me tell you, it’s out of this world!!!
I won’t lie that I do miss hamburgers & fries some foods here and there but that’s why it’s important to be creative with your meals so that you don’t feel tempted to eat the bad stuff. You just need to adapt what you used to eat and make it healthy. Like today I grilled chicken, onions, red peppers & zucchinis… I then made a pico de gallo salsa and fix it all into a chicken fajita bowl topped with avocado. It was yummylicious!
You can make this trifle for brekkie, dessert or a post workout treat. It has 26 grams of protein! Seriously, you MUST try this!

You can pretty much use any kind of fruit for this recipe and I’m sure the results will be as amazing as this one is. Every bite is so creamy, smooth and sweet that you’ll forget in an instant that you’re eating healthy.

Next time I’m making this in a shallow bowl so that I can lick it when I’m done
