Yeah! Food Revolution is back!

Did you see Season 1?? This is a MUST show and I hope that more people get involved in eating better and changing the communities around them. If you have children, please watch it. I even make my two big boys watch it with me lol!

Season 2 started yesterday on abc at 7pm but if you missed it, you can always catch online Jamie Oliver – Food Revolution and watch it when ever you have time!

    Stef - I LOVE the show and what he is trying to do for the kids of America and what the schools are feeding them. His show is an eye opener. His display of how much sugar is given to a kid in the LA schools district was amazing and sickening to think what is being hidden from parents.ReplyCancel

    Git It Girl - I have yet to catch this show, but I am going to have to watch. My lifestyle has changed so much that eating clean makes me feel better and good fuel means good performance for myself. I feel better and lighter and just GOOD! Nice post!ReplyCancel

    Hina - you need to find out how many calories you are bunring and then eat more then that everyday, to gain muscle you do want to make sure you are getting 20-30 grams of protein along with a more complex carb(4 grams of carb to each gram of protein) and the within 30- 60 minutes after workout make sure you get another 20-30 grams of protein and a simple carb(I drink juice) to get to your muscle fast sounds more difficult then it is..start slow and build great habits:)ReplyCancel
