Wrist Wraps Tip

Hey guys, I want to give you a quick tip on how I use my wrist wraps specially now that I’m lifting heavier. I put on a wrist band first then I put on my wrap. It helps the wrap from cutting into my skin and leaving nasty marks on my wrists (I really don’t like to look like I’ve been kidnapped and tied up to a tree LOL!). I wear them like this for dumbbell rows, deadlifts, seated rows, upright rows, and hanging leg raises (I don’t use the captain chair)

Happy lifting all!

Ana C. - Hi Amanda! I’m thinking that if your wrist hurt you need wrists straps more than the wraps. I use the wraps more to aid my grip so that I can lift heavier before my grip gives up. If your wrists hurt, then you need more support… those you don’t attach to the weights. I can definitely record how I attach the wraps for you if you want (I uploaded one on my facebook page on how I wrap them on a barbell for deadlifts)ReplyCancel
