16 days out!
Today I’m 16 days out from my very first show and 23 for my second show. I still have a lot of energy and still strong in the gym. Suddenly I got a lot of energy to get things done! I’m almost ready! This weekend I’ll be packing my bag… can you tell I’m excited? 😀
Still NO cardio.
NO supplements other than multivitamins and fish oils
No under eating
Carbs are still on the plan: potatoes, rice, bread, oats.
People talk about figure competitors being unhealthy due to all of the stuff they need to do in order to lean out but this goes to show you that achieving low body fat doesn’t require mad science. It’s all about starting your prep early enough and letting the diet take care of the fat loss. If you diet smartly, you don’t need to do crazy hours of cardio. That’s proven. Cardio won’t give you the definition you’re looking for, it won’t lean out your trouble areas, it won’t get rid of your cellulite….but your DIET will! I’m fortunate enough to have found the right nutrition Coach to guide me into a healthy prep. My metabolism still on fire and the best part is that I won’t be suffering from post contest rebound. Who wants that anyway?
Okay, enough of bragging how good I have it lol!
