My Last Refeed

Hey guys, I promised someone (ahem Norma) I would show photos of what I ate for my last refeed so here I am. I’m a little late for it but it’s better late than never right? My refeed days are on Thursdays for the last 3 meals of the day and as you can imagine I really look forward to having them as I get to stuff myself with yummy carbs. 
HERE is a great article on bodybuilding.com about refeeds if you’re interested to know what exactly these are 
So here is what I had last Thursday:
Meal #3

Pizza made with: 
  • 100 calorie flat bread roll up
  • 1/2 cup of marinara sauce from trader joe’s
  • Roasted bell peppers & onions
  • Non Fat mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil
(I just put it under the broiler until the cheese melted) … this is to die for! It takes my edge off from pizza cravings. 
Plus:
1 chocolate chip vita top
Berry yogurt mini rice cakes
Air popped rice cake
Shrimp cocktail (hot sauce, lime juice, sea salt & low carb ketchup) 

Meal #4 (before going to the gym)
Baked Dover Sole breaded with whole wheat bread crumbs and spices
Cous cous
Spinach
Sweet potato

Meal #5 (Post workout meal)

Vanilla protein shake
Bagel with fat free cream cheese
Oatmeal

Does someone call this dieting? It sure doesn’t feel like it!

    Ana C. - Hi there! I use a Nikon D300 and for this I used my favorite lens 50mm 1.4… super sharp! The key is to take your photos in natural light. As you can tell, the bagel shot is not as clear since it was night time and had to use the kitchen light. I do not like that look.ReplyCancel
