Today I had an awesome workout! I did legs, delts & triceps… yeah, it was long but I finally feel getting my strength back. Last week I was back to lifting heavy again but I really struggled with the weights and didn’t feel 100% … well today was much better and I’m very happy with how I did.

Well, I’m two weeks post show and I’m about 8 lbs from my stage weight. I feel good at this weight and will stay here for a while. I’m not really on a diet per se but I still watch what I eat most of the time. However, I’ve been eating a lot of the foods that I couldn’t have before and I’m having a blast! I don’t want to obsess over food right now but at the same time I’m trying to eat intuitively and apply what I learned during my contest prep. I don’t want to blow up like a balloon either like many competitors do after a show since I don’t think it’s healthy. More on that later….
My goal right now? Is to maintain where I am at (weight wise) but continue getting stronger in the gym and hopefully add some muscle even if it’s at a slower phase. I need more rounded shoulders, more muscle on my legs and bigger lats. That’s my entire body! haha! That’s a lot of work I have a ahead of me but I can do it! I have no doubt that next year I’ll bring a much better package to the stage. Bring it on offseason!
