I feel like I’m on a roll these days and can’t stop posting recipes! I actually have a backload of recipes I want to share but I don’t want to overwhelm you all 😀 so I need remind myself to take my time. But for now I’m sharing this quick, easy, delicious dish but the best part is that it’s actually healthy.
Choco Chip Protein Oatmeal Bake
- 4 oz plain non fat greek yogurt (I use Voskos)
- 1/2 cup dry oats
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 packet of stevia or truvia (or your preferred non calorie sweetener)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp milk chocolate chips (about 7)
- No calorie syrup (optional)
In a small mixing bowl, mix together oats, stevia, baking powder and salt.
