Hey guys, I have a quick mid-week recipe for you today. This Orecchiette Pasta with Shrimp + Peas is so quick to make, so simple and so delicious that I command you to make it! Okay just kidding, I’m not that bossy :p … but seriously, if you like seafood and pasta you should give it a try. You won’t regret it.
The ingredients on this dish I usually keep them stocked in my pantry (pasta, olive oil), freezer (peas & shrimp) and fridge (garlic, shallots & basil) making it very easy to put a quick dinner together. I’m a low fuss weeknight dinners kind of girl and I’m sure you are too!

(P.S. this shot was done at the spur of the moment and I’m so happy how it came out. I wasn’t planning on my face showing but it didn’t come out too bad considering I had no make up on! If you know me, I don’t go anywhere without make up lol. Thank goodness for the steam to mask the lack of color on my face)
