Hola & bienvenidos!!

I’m Ana Frias, owner and operator of Muy Delish. I’m so happy you’re here! This is my little place where I share mostly Mexican recipes that are easy to make. Some are healthy, some are not. I’m devoted to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, but believe no food is off limits if eaten in moderation.

Cooking, trying new ingredients, and experimenting in the kitchen excite me more than anything else. Sharing my love of cooking, and inspiring others in the kitchen, is my greatest passion.

What You’ll Find On Muy Delish

Mexican Recipes

This is, first and foremost, a Mexican food blog. Most recipes are from my native country Mexico with a few non-Mexican recipes here and there.

On Muy Delish you’ll find EASY recipes for every occasion. I try to keep the ingredient lists and instructions simple, and make sure that every recipe is the kind everyone will love.

Notable Mentions

During the past few years, I have worked with multiple brands creating recipes and providing food photography for their websites and social media platforms such as Modelo, Truvia, California Strawberries, Darling Citrus, Delonghi and a few others noted in my Work With Me page. I’ve also worked as a contributor and ambassador for The Inspired Home.

I’m honored to have been featured in some interviews, magazines, and round ups along the way. You can also find my recipes at Punchfork. Here are just a few of those awesome places I’ve been featured over the past 8 years:

More about me

I’m married to the love of my life (aka Mr. B) and between both of us have 3 amazing young man – all grown and out of the home! We recently moved from Arizona to Portugal where I continue to run Muy Delish.

I was born in Ciudad Obregon, Sonora Mexico and migrated to the U.S. when I was 18. I’m the 9th child! Half of my siblings are still in Mexico…the rest are in the U.S. They are a fun bunch and I adore them all!! COOKING IS IN OUR BLOOD as my mom and dad were excellent cooks and we all learned from them.

  7. Hi Ana, I’m also writing a lot and enjoy reading/trying food recipes. I read your recent article in Sunset Magazine and enjoyed the shaved ice, although I’ve never had something called milk shaved ice.

  8. Hi there! I just discovered your site, wow it’s absolutely beautiful and inspiring. A perfect resource for an Irish girl trying to improve on this style of cooking.

  9. My name is Angela. I run the blog, foodiebliss, on Tumblr and I was wondering if I would be able to use your current and future photos to post on my blog?

It’s always a photo, with three links back to the original post {in the caption, content source box and click through link on the image} and also the name of the blog from where the photo comes from. I also add a link back to the homepage as well. I do not take credit for anything I post on my blog except my own creations. I never publish any recipes.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you.

    1. Hi Angela! Of course you may! It’s so kind of you to ask and I really appreciate the links back to this blog! I look forward to following your blog foodiebliss as well. Have a fantastic day!

      XO, Ana
